For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Bruce C Maxwell and, Leslie J Maxwell dated July 13, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri in Book 468, Page 749 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, July 9, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of  4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:

THAT PART OF THE NE 1/4 SE 1/4, OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 27, RANGE 17 BEGINNING AT THE SE CORNER OF SAID NE 1/4 SE 1/4 THENCE WEST TO THE CENTER OF BIG BEAVER CREEK; THENCE N FOLLOWING ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF BIG BEAVER CREEK TO THE INTERSECTION OF BIG BEAVER CREEK AND STATE HWY. 14/533; THENCE S ALONG SAID STATE HIGHWAY 14/533 TO THE INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 14/533 AND THE EASTERN BOUNDARY LINE OF THE NE 1/4 SE 1/4 THENCE S ALONG SAID BOUNDARY LINE OF THE NE 1/4 SE 1/4 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
