Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Sheila Rana Andrews, A Married Woman, Timothy Andrews, dated August 10, 2006 and recorded on September 11, 2006 in Book 453, Page 689-721, as Document No. 062215, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri.  The Successor Trustee will on May 11, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 11:30AM, at the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE Second Avenue, North Front door, Ava, MO 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 25, Range 16 described is Beginning at a point 12 rods East of the Southwest corner of said forty and run thence North 36 rods, thence run East 68 rods and to the East line of said forty, thence run South 36 rods and to the South line of said forty, three run West 68 rods and to the place of beginning,

The above legal description taken verbatim from Deed of Trust contains an inherent scrivener’s error. The correct legal is as follows:
