Citizens of the Month for March Represent 'Courage'

Dakota Cain, son of Mechelle Ash and Donald Gould, earned Ava High School’s Citizen of the Month award for March.  He likes to race dirt bikes and would like to eventually start his own company.  His teachers chose him because even though he, “struggles in school, he never gives up trying.” Kimberly Tetrick, daughter of Lisa Bruffet and Donny Tetrick, was also chosen for March Citizen of the Month representing “Courage.”  After high school, Kim plans to enlist with the Army.  Kim’s teachers said, “Kim exemplifies the word courage.  Given circumstances that would make other teenagers (and adults) stay in bed rather than face another day, Kim continues to face each day with energy and devotion to those that matter most to her.”
