Judith Kay Boyer, 60

Judith Kay Boyer passed from this life on March 25, 2012, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield at the age of 60.

Judy was born March 25, 1952, to Catherine (Illig) and the late Clarence Samuel (Duke) Boyer, in St. Louis County, Mo.

Judy adored her nieces and nephews along with the rest of her family. She loved going to church and spending time with her family, playing bingo and visiting with her friends.

Judy is survived by her mother, Catherine Boyer, Ava; a brother, Dannie Boyer and wife, Toni, Squires; a brother, John (Butch) Sisler, and wife, Tracey, Valley Park, Mo.; five nieces; five nephews; several great nieces and nephews, cousins and many beloved friends; and her partner of 18 years, George Wise.

Judy was preceded in death by her beloved father, Clarence Boyer.

Schraders Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be Saturday, March 30, in Old DuQuoin Cemetery, in DuQuoin, Ill.
