WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Mike Hough and Karen Hough, husband and wife dated April 9, 2004 and recorded in Deed of Trust Book No. 419 at Pages 654-656 of the Office of Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri and conveyed to the undersigned Trustee the following described property situate in the County of Douglas, State of Missouri, to-wit:
All that part of the NW ¼ SE ¼ of Section 30, Township 27, Range 15, which lies South and East of the “Old Basher Road.”

At the request of the holder of said Note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Friday the 23rd of March, 2012, between the hours of nine o’clock in the forenoon and five o’clock in the afternoon, to-wit: 1:00 p.m., sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the North front door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the City of Ava, Missouri to satisfy said Note and costs.
