For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Ronnie E. Trent and Tina R. Trent, Husband and Wife dated December 26, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri as Doc. #090101 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, January 30, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOTS, TRACTS OR PARCELS OF LAND LYING, BEING AND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF MISSOURI, TO-WIT:  THAT PART OF THE NW 1/4 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 17, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT 330 FEET EAST AND 25 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID NW 1/4 SE 1/4, THENCE RUN NORTH 208.8 FEET AND TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN NORTH 208.8 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 208.8 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 208.8 FEET AND THENCE RUN EAST 208.8 FEET AND TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
