The Ava Bear-a-Cuda Swim Team traveled to Marshfield on Saturday, June 7, for a swim meet. The team brought home a 3rd place trophy. Nick Sterling earned the High Point Trophy in the 9-10 year old boy's division placing 1st in all three individual events.

Coach's Awards: Lucas Tabor earned this week's Coach's Award for being an "Assistant Swim Coach" while helping fellow teammates in proper stroke technique and encouraging them as they were swimming. Scotlyn Canape and Bethany Jacobson also received a Coach's Award for stepping up and helping the team at the last minute and swimming a relay without hesitation.
