The Missouri Department of Conservation will dedicate the Gist Ranch Shooting Range and Fishing Lakes March 19, beginning at 11 a.m. in the shooting range parking lot. Activities will start with the dedication ceremony followed by youth -15 and under, skeet shooting with shotguns, ammo and clay tar-gets provided; and youth, 15 and under, "catch and release fishing," with poles and bait provided. The shooting range, with targets of 25, 50, 100 and 300 yards, will be available to those that bring their own guns and ammo, shooting in-struction available. Two 4-acre lakes will also be available to anyone bringing their own tackle and bait. Lunch options will be available through the Houston Chamber of Commerce.
