QUICK BOOKS TRAINING CLASS TO BE OFFERED BY EXTENSION

A training class on the popular Quick Books accounting software package will be offered by the Douglas County Extension Center on Monday, March 28 and Tuesday, March 29.

Instructor for the class will be Mick Gilliam, Agriculture Business Specialist with University of Missouri Extension.

The six-hour program will focus on setting up Quick Books, establishing a Chart of Accounts, payroll and payroll liabilities procedures, and reporting capabilities.

Class hours will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each of the two nights. The hands-on session will be held in the Extension Council meeting room in the basement of the Douglas County Courthouse.
