A default has accrued on a certain note secured by a deed of trust executed by, Laura E. Downey and Michael Downey dated 4/4/2007 and recorded on 4/6/2007 in Book 463 Page 351, in the Recorder’s office for Douglas County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on April 17, 2015, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:30AM, at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 Southeast Second Avenue, Ava, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
THAT PART OF THE NE1/4 SW1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE POINT WHERE THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY “Y” CROSSES THE WEST LINE OF SAID FORTY AND RUN THENCE NORTH 150 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 153 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 150 FEET AND TO THE AFORESAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HIGHWAY, THENCE FOLLOW SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
