NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the debt and the performance of the obligations of the notes described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated February 5, 2009 executed by Gary M. Atchison and Donna F. Atchison, husband and wife, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on February 25, 2009 at 3:11 P.M., as Document number 090273, conveying to the Trustee property including the following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:

The SE ¼ NE ¼; that part of the SW ¼ NE ¼ described as beginning at the Southeast             corner of said forty thence run North, along the forty line and to the Northeast corner of said forty, thence run West 820 feet, thence run Southeast and to a point on the South line            of said forty, being 500 feet West of the SE corner of said forty, thence run due East 500 feet and to the point of beginning, in Douglas County, Missouri; all in Section 26, Township 27, Range 15.

Subject to right-of-way for State Highway “U” as it now runs.

At the request of the legal holder of said note who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Friday, January 9, 2015 to-wit at 10:00 a.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the Douglas County Courthouse, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
