LEGAL NOTICE

A coin-operated can and bottle drink machine with Coca-Cola/Coke logo has been completely abandoned over three (3) years, at the Douglas County Herald, in Ava, Mo.

The vending machine has not been serviced or maintained for at least three years, and representatives or owners of the machine have not made any attempt to follow-up in person, telephone or mail.

Names of individuals last known to own, service and / or maintain operation of the vending machine were:

Paul Garrison, Dottie Garrison, or Diane Brown Garrison;

According to Herald paperwork, the vending machine was operated by and associated with the business names of Quality Vending, of West Plains, Mo., or AAA Vending, of Ava, Mo.

The identification plate on the vending machine reads:

Dixie-Narco, Inc.

Model No.: DNCB 320/184-7

Serial No.: 034-2778D1

Owners or business affiliates of the above referenced machine should call the Douglas County Herald, at 417.683.4181, and make arrangements to pick-up and remove the machine by Friday, Nov. 21.

With this notice, if owners do not contact the Herald accordingly, the vending machine will be confirmed as abandoned and rejected, and removal of the vending machine will transpire without consequence or financial liability to owners or employees of the Douglas County Herald, Ava, Mo.
