There are still several events scheduled at our saddle club. Up next is the Tri-County Youth Show on August 16. This is an all breed show. Contact Steve Adams at 796-2766 for more information.

On August 23 we will once again host a Sho-Me Ranch Horse Assocation Ranch Versatility Show. The classes include ranch cutting, working cow, trail, ranch pleasure and reining and this month we are adding a Lil’ Wranglers lead line trail class for kids 7 and under. The class can be done lead line style or you can let your Lil’ Wranglers ride by themselves and you can walk along with them. You can call 683-0391 for more information. And there will be another ranch sorting practice Saturday night after the show. Call 988-1111 for more information on that.

We will have an OHBA, BBR sanctioned barrel show on September 13. Our annual charity show will be on September 20.

And on October 11 we will be having a Ranch Rodeo. These are always fun so watch for more on that event.

Our next monthly meeting will be on September 8 because of the Labor Day holiday. The meeting start at 7:30 at the club grounds on west 14, ½ mile west of the intersection of 5 and 14. This saddle club is very active and if you would like to see us put on some events that you are interested in we would like you to come out and join us and help us become an even better saddle club!
