A good morning to all our friends, neighbors and our readers. We hope you all had a great and safe weekend as a lot of activites are going on for the fourth. Some got rained out and had to be set for a later date.
We send get-well wishes to all the sick, the ones in the hospitals, and the nursing homes. Our sympathy to all who have lost a loved one. May God bless you in your time of sorrow. Our thoughts are with you.
We send greetings to all who have a birthday at this time. May you have a great day with many more to come is our wish for you.
This news from the desk of Lois Graham. Miss Lois was surprised on Wednesday evening when Brenda Garrison and Stacy Garrison and twins, Addison and Allison, and Eli came for a while to visit. They had been to the swimming pool.
No other news turned in. They say no news is good news, but not much to write on paper. So now to the adventures of Norma.
On Friday afternoon I “Norma” went to the nursing home to visit and to watch the firework program. On Saturday afternoon Arlen “Bud” Watkins and family came and we went to the Squires Picnic where we got rained out, so back to town. I went to church twice on Sunday. On Monday Venessa and three children came and took me to Springfield for eye surgery on the right eye. Then back Tuesday and took me to the eye doctor in Ava.
On Monday John came and cleaned the carpet in the activity room.
We want to say welcome to our new neighbor who is in J4 apartment. I didn’t catch his name.
No other news, so will sign off and rest my eye for a while.
Take care, stay safe, happy and healthy until next week. Jesus loves you.
