A good morning to all our friends, neighbors, and our readers. We hope eveyrone had a safe and great weekend for the holiday. The weather was nice for a cookout or a picnic. A lot of activities over the weekend as Summerfest has come and gone.
We send get-well wishes to all the sick, the ones in the hospitals and the nursing homes. Our sympathy to all who have lost loved ones. May God bless you in your time of sorrow. Our thoughts are with you.
We send greetings to everyone who has a birthday at this time. May you have a great day with many more to come is our wish for you.
This news from the desk of Lois Graham. On Tuesday Miss Lois had a surprise visit from Marjorie Graham that stopped by for a while. We had a nice visit. Then on Friday Miss Lois went with her niece, Brenda Garrison, to Thornfield Cemetery and decorated the graves of loved ones. I got to see Floyd’s tombstone. It is very pretty. Lois had supper at Brenda’s. Others who were there were Marjorie and Randall, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Garrison and family.
We want to welcome our new resident.
Now on to the adventures of Norma. It sure is good to be back home after being in the hospital for a few days.
My visitors have been Smokey Riley, Steven, Jacob and Tessa and several phone calls to check on me. I attended the derby with Steven and the children on Saturday night. On Saturday I visited in the home of Evelyn Witchey and her guest that was visiting here. It was good to be back to the Monday night Jam at the Senior Citizens as I had not been for a while. Well my brain just went blank so will sign off and try to do something.
Have a good week. Stay safe, healthy and happy.
Until next week, Jesus loves you.
