Another beautiful day, as we gathered in the Lord’s house to worship. We have so many on our prayer list, please pray for them and our church, when you pray. We were blessed to have visitors in the worship hour.
Brother Ric read from Genesis, using Eve as the mother of all, for his mother’s day message. We all are thankful for wonderful mothers, who raised us to be compassionate, caring adults.
The church gave beautiful hanging baskets to our oldest mother, Thelma Wallace, (Lisa Engelhardt’s mother), and youngest was Pastor’s daughter, Allana Miller. All the ladies present received flowers to plant, it was a good day!
We appreciated having Lisa’s mother and grandmother, in our service. We always enjoy having visitors, Tammy Elliott and Ellis Blakey, please come again.
Several from Mt. Tabor community attended the service for Carl Clements, Monday.
So sorry to hear Sister Mae Cox has had a fall that will keep her out of commission for awhile, our prayers are for a quick recovery.
Ronda Soto came and spent some time with her dad, Martin Hathcock.
Visitors with Tom and Jewell Elliott recently were, James Elliott, Shaun and LeAnna Elliott and children, and Sharyn Jones.
Tom and Jewell visited at James and Tammy Elliott’s and Ashley, Tuesday evening. They also visited Albert Elliott one evening.
Harlin and Shirley Hutchison visited Harold and Kay Hutchison, Monday evening. Other visitors with the Hutchisons were Dan and Kim, Morgan and Dylan Clements.
