What a chilly and snowy Sunday we have had just as gardeners were getting garden fever! We really did need the moisture so vegetation will flourish when it warms up soon.
We were sad when Valeta Crawford passed away so suddenly it seemed. All of her family has our sympathy.
Services were held this Tuesday and burial in Lilly Ridge Cemetery beside her late husband, Thurlo, who is buried here. They both are missed at our church where they were faithful members.

My former friend and neighbor, Doris Treiber, and I met in town at the grocery store, and hadn’t seen each other for a few months since they moved to Mammoth. They still own their property here also. It was fun to ride in her new Mustang when her husband brought it for her a few years ago.

Because of wild animals and hawks killing them Jerry Miller has had to give up having her chickens at her place.
Chet and Dana Taylor visited J.C. and Bonnie Taylor and Joyce, in West Plans Sunday and Bonnie made Dana a big cake to celebrate her March 17th birthday.
