Sandy Church

We had a time of prayer at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning and began our 10 a.m. service with our devotional reading from March 10 with Superintendent Brad Siler leading.  After prayer requests were given, Danny Johnson led in prayer.   We wanted to especially pray for Dane Humbyrd, who travelled with his parents, Stan and Kim Humbyrd, to the Mayo Clinic.

Our Sunday school lesson was Son of David.

The Lord’s offering and tithes was received by Aaron Humbyrd and Daniel Wilson followed by our choir, who sang.

Pastor Neal’s message was from Hebrews 9, the new covenant, which he continued at the evening service at 6 p.m. teaching on the heavenly tabernacle.  Casey Dobbs and Makinna Humbyrd sang with our choir.   They did an excellent job.  We are so proud of them.

Please join us on Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. for a time of prayer, on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. for Bible study, Sunday  mornings at 10 a.m. for the morning service and 6 p.m. for the evening service.

Remember to pray for lost loved ones and friends, our nation and leaders and for God’s people, Israel.
