On Wednesday evening Pastor Neal taught out of the book of Exodus. On Sunday morning we had a time of prayer at 9:30 a.m. We began our Sunday morning service at 10 a.m. with our devotional reading with Superintendent Brad Siler from Proverbs 18:2-13. After prayer requests were given, LeaAnn Crum led us in prayer. Controlling our tongues was the lesson for Sunday school from the book of James. The Lord’s offering and tithes was received by Stan Humbyrd and Gabe Shipley followed by singing from Stan Humbyrd and our choir.
Pastor Neal’s message was from Hebrews 9, the ministry of Jesus Christ as High Priest. We had special guests, Steve and Teresa Dunlap, for our evening service at 6 p.m. They presented information on human trafficking and the ministry that the Lord has placed upon their hearts in regard to helping with this problem. Our choir once again blessed us in song.
Please join us on Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. for a time of prayer, on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. for Bible study, Sundays mornings at 10 a.m. for the morning service and 6 p.m. for the evening service. Remember to pray for lost loved ones and friends, our nation and leaders and for God’s people, Israel.
