Black Oak Church

But I say unto you which hear, love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,” Luke 6:27.

This was our key verse in Sunday school. It is sometimes hard to do, but God said to so we should and can with God’s help.

Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we sang. He read from Matthew 18:21-25 for the devotion then dismissed us to class.

We had a good lesson on living as God teaches us to live.

We sang Happy Birthday to Quin Breeding who turned 9. We pray for God to watch over him and give him many more birthdays.

We had a wonderful praise for Sister Betty Satterfield on her granddaughter being cancer-free.

We had many other good testimonies. Please pray for Betty and her family, the Turley family, Wilma Sanders, Dara Strong, Fanya Scott, Ralph Brazeal, Bill Williams, Brittany Torres, unsaved, unspoken, bereaved, military, country and leaders, law enforcement and each other.

Pastor David sang then preached God’s message from Revelation 6.

Brother Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offerings.

Liviya, Zoe, Bryse, Quin and Macee did the penny march for Camp Piland.

Sunday evening Pastor David sang then preached from Psalms 46:1-11. Let God be in charge of your life. Turn to Him for everything. A very good message.

May God bless you all this week.
