Christmas at my house Wednesday was good. Ellis got here first so I cooked breakfast for us and then he peeled my potatoes for me and we got them on the stove. Vernal Blakey brought Joel’s mother, Lucie Glaze, down and Joel and Monica Reemes, Lakota Blakey, Brittany Kutz, Justin and Tara Coonce, Jett, Johnathan and Annie Blakey, Alexia, Chase Blakey, Blythe and Chesnea, Trae Shelton and Kendra Dering were all here. We opened presents and then we ate a big, nice meal and then we took pictures before they all started to leave.
I took eggs to the ladies in the courthouse onThursday. I went into town Friday and took some papers in and then I stopped by Martin Hathcock’s and gave him some Christmas cards that I had been carrying around and I got to see Bob and Teri Hathcock who had just brought Martin home.
Sherry Blakey, Mark Weston, Dustin and Kelsey Seaborn and Bentlee came over and got their Christmas presents and little Bentlee sure is growing.
Saturday I went over and visited with Sally Prock and then on my way home I stopped by Patty Kraft’s to visit with her, but she wasn’t home. I hope she is doing okay. That evening James came by and got his goodies, but we forgot his carrot cake so he will have to come back.
It was cold going to church Sunday and that afternoon Mary Martha stopped by and picked up my Best Choice labels.
Keep praying for all our sick folks.
My prayers and sympathy goes out to all the ones who have lost a loved one and there is a long list of them.
Please keep our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training in your prayers.
