NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debt and the performance of the obligations of the notes described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated October 28, 2009 executed by Lazaro Hernandez and Jane E. Hernandez, husband and wife, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on October 28, 2009 at 3:00 P.M., in Document number 091774, conveying to the Trustee property including the following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:
All of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 28, Township 27 North, Range 14 West; The E1/2NE1/4 of Section 33, Township 27 North, Range 14 West; All that part of the NW1/4 of Section 34, Township 27 North, Range 14 West, which lies West of the County Road; (EXCEPT any part of the above described tract which lies on the East side of the County Road, as it now runs.)
EXCEPT from above described land, that part described as the East 10 acres of the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 33, which lies West of the County Gravel Road, in Township 27 North, Range 14 West, of the fifth Principal Meridian.
At the request of the legal holder of said note who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Thursday, January 2nd, 2014 to-wit at 10:10 a.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the County Court House, in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
