Opening our service with prayer was Doug Miller.

In our Sunday school class we studied the birth of Jesus foretold and the early prophecy fullfilled. We as believers should live day by day trusting in God’s prophetic word.

Happy Birthday wishes went out to Delores Young and Manda Rippee. Our special song was by Bob Huskey.

Gentry is having a Christmas and Thanksgivng dinner after church December 8th.

Visiting with Doug and Sheila Miller for the holiday was son, Kolton, from college.

Having Thanksgiving dinner with us was Kevin, Cindy, Keaton and Hannah from Branson.

Visiting and celebrating Thanksgiving with Harley and Faye Allen were their sons, Rick, Ron from Poplar Bluff and Rob from Fulton and their families.

Bro. Keith Lafferty brought the morning message from Matthew, chapter 14. The story of five loaves and two fishes shows the power of God to multiply and magnify. A little is an abundance when God is in it.

In our evening service our special song was by Wanda Casady, Rod and Joanne Welker.

Bro. Lafferty’s message was from Psalms 119. Forever the Lord’s word is settled in heaven and abideth unto all generations has been established on earth. God’s word does not change.
