NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

 

Default having been made in the payment of the debt and the performance of the obligations of the notes described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated May 7, 2008 executed by Craig B. Smith and Laura A. Smith, husband and wife, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on May 15, 2008 at 10:01 A.M., as Document number 081038, conveying to the Trustee property including the following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:

The NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 29; The W1/2NW1/4 of Section 29, EXCEPT that part of the NE1/4 NW1/4 and the W1/2NW1/4 which lies North of Highway “A” as it now exists; The E1/2NE1/4 of Section 30, EXCEPT the North 10 acres thereof and that part heretofore deeded for church purposes to Walnut Grove General Baptist Church; All that part of the S1/2 SW1/4 of Section 20, which lies South of Highway “A” as it now exists, all in Township 25 North, Range 16 West. Excepting those portions conveyed to the State of Missouri for highway purposes.

At the request of the legal holder of said note who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Thursday, January 2, 2014 to-wit at10:00 a.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the Douglas County Courthouse, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
