Bonnie L. Lane, 80

Bonnie L. Lane, 80, Springfield, passed away Dec. 17, 2013, with her family by her side.
Bonnie was born Dec. 31, 1932 at Rockbridge, Mo. Most of her life she called Ava home, later moving to Ozark and then to her current residence in Springfield.
Bonnie attended school at Rockbridge, Turkey Flat and Pine Flat. She was a member of Grace Nazarene Church in Springfield.
Bonnie married Ivan Clark in 1951 and that union was blessed with four children. She later married Herman Davis in 1976. She married Bobby Lane on Feb. 17, 2013.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Bobby Lane, Springfield; two sons, Gene and Linda Clark, Ava, and CJ Clark of Springfield; two daughters, Sherry and Lila Clark, Mt. Vernon, and Jayne Nash of Leavenworth.  Bonnie was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother and is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, George and Gladys Walker, of Ava, Mo. and one brother, Edward Walker, of Cabool, Mo.
Bonnie is survived by three sisters Virginia Medlock, of Visalia, Calif., Lois Sumruld and husband, RL, of Exeter, Calif., and Emma Byerley, of Seymour, Mo.; and one brother, Pat and wife Barbara, of Ozark, Mo.; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
Bonnie loved spending time with friends but she was the happiest when surrounded by her family. You could always count on Bonnie to lend a helping hand when needed. She was also known to stop at numerous garage sales, what she called ‘Garaging’.  She spent the last year traveling cross country with her adventurous husband, Bob.
Her children would say she was a loving mother who made each one feel special. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
