NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

 

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by John Warren Gunter and Tammy Lynn Gunter, husband and wife dated April 11, 2008 and filed April 21, 2008 ad Document No. 080835 in the Office of Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri and conveyed to the undersigned Trustee the following described property situate in the County of Douglas, State of Missouri, to-wit:

 

TRACT #1:

The N1/2 of Lot #1, Block #2, all in Miller Row, in the original Town of Ava, Missouri, as per plat of the original Town of Ava, as it appears of record in the T.O. Tucker Abstract Records. Subject to easements, right-of-ways, restrictions or reservations of record.

 

TRACT #2

The S1/2 of Lot #1, Block #2, all in Miller Row, in the original Town of Ava, Missouri, as per plat of the original Town of Ava, as it appears of record in the T.O. Tucker Abstract Records. Subject to easements, right-of-ways, restrictions or reservations of record.

 

TRACT #3

All of Lot #1, #2 and #3, Block #1, Miller Row, Town of Ava, Missouri, being a part of the North ten acres of NW ¼ NE ¼ of Section 14, Township 26, Range 16.

 

TRACT #4

All of Lot #2, Block #3, in W.W. Clark’s First Addition to the City of Ava, Missouri.

 

At the request of the holder of said Note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Friday the 20th day of December, 2013, between the hours of nine o’clock in the forenoon and five o’clock in the afternoon, to-wit: 1:00 p.m., sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the North front door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the City of Ava, Missouri to satisfy said Note and costs.
