With the passage of the Affordable Care Act, many have questions about signing up for health insurance. A counselor from Cox Hospital in Springfield will be available at the Douglas County public Library to meet with anyone interested in learning about health care options on Thursdays, Nov. 14 and Nov. 21, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day.
