October 22nd T.O.P.S. meeting called to order by Sharon. We had 17 weigh in with a loss of 8.5 lbs. Judy stayed the same this week. Louise and Linda and Eileen were high losers this week.
The lesson was on walking and a new contest. Milwalkee, W1 IRD 2014 (1,000 miles.) A few examples of things you can do – walk a corn maze, set alarm to get up early to walk, start a walking club, visit around to the square, pace while talking on the phone, park at the end of the block, walk outside 10 to 15 minutes and back.
T.O.P.S. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit international weight-loss support group open to another 7 years of age or older.
