Carla Aborn Honored at Leadership Retreat

During its annual 2013 Leadership Retreat, Opaa! Food Management recognized Carla Aborn, Director of Nutrition Services for Ava Schools,  for attaining the President’s Circle for the 2012-13 school year.

The award was presented to Carla by Opaa! President Kevin Short.

The President’s Circle is a prestigious group of Directors in the Opaa! Organization established to recognize demonstrated excellence in managing Opaa!’s child nutrition program at their school district.  Entry to the President’s Circle is no easy task.  Recipients of this award are honored at the annual Leadership Retreat with a special reception and gifts to celebrate their success.

Opaa! Food Management, Inc., is based in Chesterfield, Missouri, and is entering its 36-year of operation.  Opaa! Currently operates the child nutrition programs for 117 school districts in Missouri and Kansas.  Opaa! specializes in serving only K-12 school districts.
