Mt. Tabor Church News

We had a wonderful worship day, singing, testifying, thanking Him for His blessings, and asking prayers for our loved ones.

Brother Ric continued his series on the ten commandments, speaking about the Sabbath, and to keep it holy. He read from Exodus as well as several other scriptures.

They gave a report on Junior Camp at Piland Youth Camp, and it was quite successful, we appreciate all who helped.

We were glad to have Brother Les Hallmark in our service Sunday morning.

Ronnie and Pat Lansdown, Jeanne Cox, Paul Cox and Jenna Davis had a work day for Myrl Cox to do some yard and lawn care.

Martin Hathcocks visitors this week were Ronda Soto and Jim Hathcock. Martin reports Pat Smith is continuing to recover from her recent surgery.

Eddie and Becky Madewell visited Clifford and Imogene Madewell, Thursday morning.

Stephanie Mishler, Carl Junction,¬†spent Friday and Saturday with her grandparents, Harold and Kay Hutchison. Friday evening they attended the festivities at Heart of the Ozarks, Saturday they shopped through the Grower’s Market, and later, were fishing at the catfish pond. Kim and Danny stopped by, also. Stephie returned home Saturday night.

Morgan Clements and Kay Hutchison joined a big crowd at Walnut Grove Church Sunday evening for their annual food, singing and fireworks event.

Ronnie and Pat Lansdown had Jadon spend Friday and Saturday and they took him home and stayed with Kayley and Jadon while Doug and Kristie played golf.

Harold and Kay Hutchison enjoyed a visit with Larry and Patsy Stewart, Monday evening. Harold had visited earlier in the day with Larry and Vivian Haynes.

Dylan Clements spent part of the day with his grand-dad, Harold Hutchison, Monday.

Recent visitors with Tom and Jewell Elliott were Sharyn Jones, James Elliott, Mr. and Mrs. Shaun Elliott, MaKayla and Logan. Tom and Jewell also attended Logan’s last ballgame of the season, Monday evening.

Tom and Jewell Elliott visited Albert and Doris Elliott, Monday afternoon.
