Debbie Cederlind came down Friday at noon and took her mother, Bonnie, to her doctor in Springfield and then she stayed all night with her.
Saturday Debbie, Bonnie and Cecilia all went over to Michael Freeman’s and when they got to the fork in the road they took the left fork and ended on the road that brought them back to 76 and then they came on home.
I forgot to write the news on my calendar so if I get the dates in the wrong place just over look it.
Evelyn Bryan stopped and picked up some eggs the first of last week.
I took my news in last Tuesday and the eggs too.
I went to Peggy Jenkins’ funeral Wednesday. That night I got a call from Mark and he said he was grandpa and Sherry was grandma and Mark Weston was a proud uncle and I was a great-grandma to a nine pound, six ounce, twenty-one inch baby boy named, Brentlee Alan Seaborn. Proud parents are Dustin and Kelsey Seaborn, both mother and son are doing fine.
Mark, Sherry and Mark Weston came and took me to Springfield Thursday to see my great-grandson and is he ever beautiful, but Mark calls him handsome and I agree with that too.
Friday I took my eggs in and picked up my medicine and as I was going to the grocery store by the back way I stopped by Martin Hathcock’s garage sale. Yes, I bought something.
Bob and Becky Roberts stopped by and visited with me on their way to town last week.
Saturday I got some green beans and cucumbers and peppers and the mess of green beans was good.
I went down to Mark’s and got some eggs, but before I got them I went to Ellis’ and I got to see Johnathan, Annie, Alexia, Blythe and Chesnea. The eggs I got I took with me and Carol Moore over to the Past Matron and Past Patron meeting at the Sunny Side Café in Mountain Grove for two of the members.
Sunday after church I went over and took Mae Cox a birthday card which I took to church and had everyone sign and I gave her a gift too. Mae looks real good.
Sunday night Mt. Tabor had the Gideons with Bill Coats and Glen Dale Robertson and after that Bill and Glen Dale and Dwight Armour sung for us and then we had refreshments and was it good. Those that didn’t make it missed a good message and food.

P.S. Lois McKeel brought me the seven quilt blocks she did for me. I think there are two more out then we will be ready to put it together.
