April 23, 2013. The very first thing we need to do is thank the Lord Jesus for his watchful care over Bevy’s mother and step-dad. Our God is faithful.
The prayer requests voiced were for Norma, unspoken, the Nation’s leaders, Congress and Senate, Bevy’s Dad, Linda P.’s son, Don Freeman and wife, Norma, Ryan Moore.
During the morning service we had a very good song service and the specials were a blessing. The morning message by the Pastor was very good and from Jeremiah 29:11-13. The Lord knows all, we need to pray to Him, for He hears. I like the verse, Number 2:13, “Seek me, find me, search for me all your heart.
We have to be willing to put forth some effort and work, or nothing’s going to happen, seek, find, search things will happen.
Matthew 13:58 tells us because of unbelief, things do not happen. He did not many mighty works there, because of their unbelief. How many miracles do we miss out on because of unbelief?
The evening service was for our very young people. During Sunday School with their new Christian shirts on they sang for us.
There were eleven in the group. In the afternoon sixteen with adults went to Jump Around in Seymore. A good time was had by all.
The evening message was by Courtney Stout. It was good to see Courtney and the kids. T.J. was preaching at Girdner, I think I heard. The young ones enjoyed their sermon.
Come join us at N.W. 6th Ave. and N.W. 7th St.
Wednesday evening services begin at 7:00 p.m., Sunday morning starting at 10:00 a.m. and evening services at 6:00 p.m.
We have a super bunch of little people, good preaching and singing and you can find God there if you are seeking Him.
We are all souls going somewhere!!
