Tara and Jett came over last Monday and Tara picked him up that evening.
George and Violet Blakey came by last Tuesday morning on their way to town, then I took John Stephens his birthday card and pie that I had made and they invited me back later to eat a piece of it and it did turn out good. When I got back to the house my bread was done so I took Shirley Riley a loaf and she told me later she liked it and wanted a starter for my bread. I took my news into town and viewed Tom Brown’s body and got to talk with Toni and Polly while there.
Tara brought Jett over Thursday and picked him up that evening and Violet Blakey stopped by on her way into town after that.
I went to town Friday and came back by the nursing home and visited with Marie Dickey, Irene Richards, Pauline Schauffler, Ruth Hall and I spoke with a few of the others.
I visited by phone with Mae Cox.
I thought I was going to have me some fish Sunday, but the wind was blowing too much so I will just wait until they have enough and they will taste real good.
Sunday I stopped at Lloyd and Ruth Shumate’s and picked Tyler up and took him to church with me.
Lets keep those prayers going for our sick folks.
My prayers and sympathy goes out to all that have lost a loved one.
Lets keep praying for our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training.
