January 29th meeting was called to order by Sharon with 12 weighing in with a loss of 5 lbs.
High losers were Linda and Rachel and Judy stayed the same.
The meeting was on stress, “Just Breathe” and count to 10 before reacting. If depressed, do proper breathing. Long slow breathing and diatramic breathing are movements of the body, don’t use chest but rather stomach.
Continue journaling, take a long deep breathe.
