Don't Miss

Smallett

Sunday morning service was led by the Praise Team, who did a very good job.

Keelie Deal gave her testimony and sang a beautiful song.

Brother Roberts started a series, “Faith Filled Christianity, Proverbs 18:21, Faith vs. Fear.”

Sunday night was our 4th Sunday singing. We enjoyed several beautiful songs and several congregational hymns.

I was blessed with a birthday party on Wednesday evening at McDonald’s hosted by Pauline Okhuysen and Julie Kookagey also, attending the party were Donna Bannister, Sue Jones, Bevy and Gary  Moore, Helen Cook, Vern and Kathleen Deatherage, Mike, Stacie, Mahayla, Miley and Lucas Hamby. We enjoyed cake and soft drinks.

On Thursday, it snowed and so we stayed home and I made a big homemade stew for my actual birthday.

On Friday, I took a cake into McDonald’s and shared it with several friends there.

Saturday, Delmar and I went to Mansfield and visited with Nora Hunsaker and Lee Williams.

I talked to Aunt Violet Morris and they are doing about the same. She said  that Uncle Hugh sleeps most of the time.

I am glad that my cousin, Linda McCleary is doing better.

We have been enjoying the big snowflakes that have been coming down here at Smallet.

Several people were out of church on Sunday due to sickness. We are praying for them to be well soon.

Until next week, remember to let Jesus Take The Wheel of Your Life.
