A Mtn. Grove man sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston Tuesday following a wreck south of his hometown.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said John R. Barron, 69, was traveling west on Douglas County Route AD, 10 miles south of Mtn. The wreck occurred at 9:40 a.m. and was investigated by Cpl. Brian Thompson.

Stout sustained moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
