Bonnie Phipps, Cecilia Edwards, Roy and Sue Freeman, Michael and Wendee Freeman, Matt, Madison, Sydnee and Alexis, Moe and Kaylynn Todd and Alaya all went to church together and when it was over they went to Bonnie’s home and Ken and Debbie Cederlind were there and they all ate dinner with Bonnie to celebrate her birthday, which was the next day. Happy Birthday, Bonnie!

Tara brought Jett by last Monday and then later on Mark came by with eggs, that evening Carol Moore and Hellen Blakey went with Marie Dickey to Mansfield to her O.E.S. meeting where the D.D.G.M. was visiting.

I took my news and eggs in last Tuesday and stopped by Martin and Mary Ann Hathcock’s and Ava Drug to get my medicine then on my way home I stopped by the nursing home and visited with some of the folks there and then I went by Patty Kraft’s to see how she was doing and she said she had been back in the hospital during the first of February.

Wednesday morning I had almost three-tenths of an inch of rain in my gauge. I got a lot of birthday calls which I will put in the article I’m writing for the paper on my birthday party.

Nina Carter took me to the movie that night and we saw the new digital Lincoln, then we dropped in at Jam Dandy Studio and they sung Happy Birthday to me.

Tara brought Jett over Thursday and later on James came by with a Valentine candy bar. Tara and Justin came to pick Jett up and they had him a Valentine balloon with candy, but he just woke up and he didn’t quite care for it. Kendra Dering and Trae Shelton came and wished me a Happy Valentine’s Day. Toni and Polly from Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Linda Perry, Lakota Blakey, Chuck and Karen Vaughn called and wished me a belated Happy Birthday. Ellis dropped by Friday morning and dropped off some food containers that I had sent food  to them in.

I took Patty Kraft some eggs and a piece of my birthday cake then I went on over to the nursing home and visited a while.

Saturday I went on over on FF Hwy. and picked up a hog head so I can make me some mincemeat.

Nina Carter came up and got me that evening and took me down to Plainview School to the Goodhope Chili Supper and was it ever good.

We have had two different snows, but I don’t know how much. The last one covered my drive way and yard, but when the sun came out it went in a hurry.

Sunday was a pretty day.

Lets keep all those sick folks in our prayers because some will be having an operation and some going to Springfield for treatments.

My prayer and sympathy goes out to all who have lost a loved one.

Lets keep our leaders and our men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training in our prayers.
