Mt. Tabor Church

Again, our group was very small, folks out with illnesses and some with visitors. We enjoyed a good time together in Sunday school and prayed for all those on our prayer list. Please come and join us if you are looking for a church home, we will make you feel most welcome. Cold weather has come to stay for awhile, hopefully not too long. We were fortunate that we missed the precipitation that the others got.

Brother Ric read from Hebrews 3, do not harden your heart, and continued on with some of his thoughts from the week before from Philipians.

Glad to hear Mae Cox is making improvement, however, Mary Ann Hathcock is not doing well at all. Jan Jones and Ronda Soto have been here to help their mother get situated. Our prayers are for her to feel better very soon.

Tom Elliott is feeling better which is great news. Hopefully his condition will continue to improve.

Nina Carter was blessed to have her daughter, Beth, with her this week to visit. She had to return home on Monday morning.

Dan and Kim Clements and Morgan visited Harold and Kay Hutchison Friday evening.

Myrl Cox had Norma Bogart and Melanie Gray as visitors, along with her children and grandchildren. Paul remains on the sick list, our best to him.

Ronnie and Pat Lansdown spent Tuesday evening in West Plains with their grandchildren, while Doug and Kristie were occupied.

Harold and Kay Hutchison met his sister, Lucille DeBerry and her children, Marian, Renee and Jeff, and Paula and David, following the visitation for Dick Richards and spent some time visiting before they all returned to their homes.

Visitors with Tom and Jewell Elliott recently were Nina Carter and daughter, Beth, Mr. and Mrs. Shaun Elliott, MaKayla and Logan, James Elliott on Saturday. They had an enjoyable visit with Debbie Croney one afternoon. Tom and Jewell visited Albert and Doris Elliott Monday evening. Martin Hathcock visited the Elliotts Saturday evening, also.

Bill Johnson visited Harold Hutchison Sunday morning.

Harlin Hutchison spent a few hours with his parents, Harold and Kay, Friday evening.
