For all those who were complaining about the cold weather, this Sunday was like a spring day, complete with a cool breeze and plenty of sunshine. The Lord is indeed good isn’t he.
We had a wonderful Sunday school lesson from Paul’s letter to the Ephesian Church and congregational singing before the morning worship service. Many of our number were away and we had plenty of room for you (heavy hint).
Our morning message was based on Psalm 34:8. “Taste and see that the Lord is good,” we tried to relate that text to the holiday season we are presently in; in which “taste” plays such a prominent role.
After morning services we had lunch together before coming back into the sanctuary to practice for our upcoming Christmas program.
You are welcome to come and help us praise the Lord for his many gracious blessings. May God bless.
