Noblett Lake Is Again Open To The Public
Mark Twain National Forest’s Noblett Lake is once again open for public use.
Mark Twain National Forest Acting Forest Supervisor Teresa Chase has rescinded the Aug. 31, 2011 closure order placed on Noblett Lake after suspected vandals opened the dam spillway and drained the lake.
“The public is now welcome to use this popular recreation area again, “ said Mark Twain National Forest Ava-Cassville-Willow Springs District Ranger Jenny Farenbaugh.
Noblett Lake is located west of AP Highway, southwest of Willow Springs.
