On Wednesday, Gary and I went to Ava and visited with his sister and Vicki Goodman and Gary’s mother, Maxine Turner.
Wednesday, Jim Satterfield was taken to the hospital in Springfield. The doctor put a stint in his heart.
Wednesday night after church my niece, Dana Brazeal, came by for a visit.
Friday afternoon Gary and I visited Vicki and David Goodman in Ava.
I praise the Lord for the good needed rain.
Our Fifth Sunday Meeting will be Friday night (28) at 7:00 p.m. with Davon Friend bringing the message and Saturday morning (29) it will be Don Yarger at 10:30 a.m. After lunch Charles McFarland at True Hope Church in Theodosia.
Sunday after church I went to Ralph and Dana Brazeal’s home to celebrate their grandson, Wyatt Wharton’s birthday. Other guest were Zamber Little and Liviya Wharton, Tafi Shannon and Marti Yost, Howard and Ella Faye Mitchell, Dara Strong and Stormi and Kasey Medlock, Kim, Ashton and Cameron Yeager. They played games and we ate cake and ice cream after lunch. Wyatt turned 6 years old on September 12.
I got an e-mail from our classmate, Doug Holt, the other day. He wrote he was in poor health, on oxygen 24-7.
40 days of prayers starts on the 28th of this month, praying for nation and the election.
