Sunday morning service was opened with gospel bluegrass by the band then prayer requests and prayer. The praise team then led us in some praise songs.

Brother Roberts brought the message from I Timothy 1:6 and Matthew 25:14-30, “Stewardship.”

Sunday evening, Sister Maxine Lund brought the 2nd message in the series, “Hypocrisy.”

Those spending the weekend in the home of Jerry and Suanne Sutherland were Dianna, Caitlyn and Cassidy Bernhard of Springfield.

Delmar has been staying under shelter this week because of the good rains we have gotten. We are thankful for the moisture.

I took a friend to Springfield one day last week, and we stopped at Braums, of course, we love the frozen yogurt in a waffle cone.

We are saddened to hear of some who are sick and some who have fallen and broken bones and some facing surgery this week. We pray for a quick recovery for them all.

Delmar and I went to Mansfield for the rainy Wilder Days and ate lunch with my brother and sis, Vern and Kathleen Deatherage then took lunch to Nora Hunsaker and Lee Williams and visited with them awhile.

Until next week let’s all remember that “Little Is Much When God Is In It.”
