It was another rainy day, Sunday, and we are all so thankful for all we received. The grass is getting green again, which is great. Remember all those who request prayer, and those who are facing tests and other procedures in the near future.
We congratulate Brother Ric and Sister Lisa on the birth of their grandson in Texas.
Brother Ric spoke to us about be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed, and used a very good example.
We will be having a singing the 5th Sunday night, so plan on coming at 6 pm, to sing, or bring your instruments to play.
Brother Don Bryan is having some health problems, remember him in your prayers. Brother Ric and Lisa visited them at the hospital Tuesday evening and Don seemed to be improved quite a bit.
Martin Hathcock and Ronda Soto made a trip to his doctor in Springfield, Monday. He is waiting for an appointment to have some heart tests run, hopefully for better health. Mary Ann is about the same. Their visitors this week were Pat and Wes Smith, Diane Cheyney, Danita Porter and Brian Hagars, Kay Hutchison and Billy Long.
Bessie Hall’s visitors this past week were Jewell Elliott, J.C. Hall and Vicky Burnett, Dan and Kim Clements, Kay Hutchison, Hellen Blakey and Lisa Johnson and Jesse. Bessie enjoyed a phone visit with her niece, Pauline McGraw, in Mobile, Al.
Harlin and Shirley Hutchison and family of West Plains, had supper with Harold and Kay Hutchison, Saturday evening. They had spent Friday night and Saturday in Silver Dollar City, where Harlin was doing a remote for his radio station.
Other visitors with Harold and Kay this week have been Kim and Danny, Morgan, Dylan and Sarah Claussen.
Mae Denney and daughter, Billie, stopped by Harold Hutchison’s one afternoon.
Mae Cox’s company this past week was Tom and Donna Nichols, Lisa Johnson and Jesse. Mae said in talking with her brother, Johnny, and family that so far he is not going to have to have back surgery, which is very good news, our best to him.
Tom and Jewell Elliott visited Albert and Doris Elliott Monday evening.
