This last week here at New Hope, has been one of reviving and renewing. God has no problems of proving Himself, wonderful and amazing, time and time again. Our Wednesday evening Bible study, has been so wonderful. Starting at the beginning and working our way through the Old Testament. Brother Ludwig, with God’s help, has brought a great study over the book of Exodus. Thursday we had our, “Women Overcoming the World through Christ,” devotional and prayer circle. Our message was, “Implementing our Faith and Becoming Faithful.” We had a great turn out and wonderful fellowship with one another. Sister Vicki, won the Wal-mart gift card give-away, Sister Carmelita won the Peace and Serenity Day Spa gift certificate and Sister Avi won a beautiful handmade quilt made by Carol Evans. A most heartfelt appreciation goes out to Sister Carol, for donating that. Our next women’s group, will be held the 3rd Thursday in June, which is the 21st, at 1:00 p.m. We welcome all ladies!
We had a wonderful pouring out of the Spirit and wonderful support from our Brothers and Sisters. We appreciate Brother Doug and Sister Corina, and kids, for doing our special music. We always enjoy how the Spirit of God, pours out through your musical gifts. Great appreciation for Brother and Sister Tackett, for coming and evangelizing and letting God use them in such a mighty way. We bid them God speed and God bless in their ministry. We were able to witness God’s healing and delivering power and welcome also, Brother John, to the family of Christ, who took and accepted God’s gift of salvation upon his life. What rejoicing the angels were doing in Heaven, I know!
Brother Talbert, brought our God Seekers group into week 6, of it’s meeting. We went over Hebrews 10:23. We would be honored at your presence at New Hope, so come join us for service.
