Brother Lyndon continued with our study in the book of Exodus Chapter 21 on Wednesday night. We had 15 attend Bible study.
Sunday morning we had 23 people attend morning service. Children’s Sunday school class learned about the Day of Pentecost and the adults studied in Acts.
Pastor Talbert brought forth our morning message “Sin Free Zone” from several scriptures: I Peter 1:13-16, Romans 6:1-3, James 4:17, II Cor. 5:17, Eph. 4:24, John 17:17, and Deut. 28:1.
Sunday evening service we had 14 attend service.
Pastor Talbert has been doing a series over the book of Revelation and it has been very exciting. We urge you to come and listen in.
We have a couple of upcoming events that we are anticipating around New Hope. We are starting a women’s group once a month here at New Hope. To kick off our first meeting there will be a greeting gift drawing and light snacks provided afterwards. It will take place Thursday, May 17 at 1 p.m. So, ladies mark your calendars and come join in. Also we are having a mini-revival Saturday, May 19, 7 p.m. and also Sunday, May 20 at 11 and 7. Brother Curtis Tackett will be our guest evangelist. Come and receive God’s word and bring revival in your heart.

Wednesday evening we are continuing our study over Exodus led by Brother Ludwig.
Sunday morning we began service in prayer before dismissing to our Sunday school classes. The children learned about the Ascension of Jesus and the adults studied Acts Chapter 5.
Pastor Talbert’s morning message was “Come to Jesus as a little child”. We were all able to be a part of the dedication of baby Samuel Santos. It was a beautiful service. Our God Seekers group met again at 6:15.
Evening service we had a special song sung by Virginia, Larry, Aloma and Candy; also by Calem. Bro. Ludwig read scripture from Ps. 121:1.
