Rome

What pretty weather we’re having here in the Ozarks, being a little cool at night, hope no one lost any garden plants.  Norma Cross, Kenny and Seth Hunt, visited with Dick and Pauline Richards, one day last week.  Kelly Thompson, Kinsey, Kailey and Kyle, Jay, Brook and Autum Groth, had a big basketball game,Thursday night here at the Richard’s house.  Dick and I went to Nixa, Friday on business, and stopped for a while to visit with Danny and Beth Maloney, who live North of Sparta.

Easter Sunday, Ervin and Lodean Schultz, Tom and Sue Brown, Rodney, Lisa and Kayli Brown, drove to Mtn. Grove to Ron, Judy and Jerry Lethco’s for a bountiful meal.

Last Sunday at Goodhope General Baptist Church, a CD was played with Tom Brown singing.  Susie Adams also sang. After service a bountiful meal was served to all who had Birthdays/Anniversarys in April.

Sue Brown said she received a beautiful Lily from her “Secret Sister” at church.  Who ever you are…I appreciated it.  Rodney Brown came out and did some mowing and weed eating for his parents Thursday.  He also helped get some concrete blocks for Sue to plant a small garden.  Rodney, Lisa and Kayli of Seymour, came out to Tom and Sue’s to help with outside work.  They all attended the pig roast at Plainview school, along with Dianne Garrison.
