The State of Missouri to Defendant, Barbara M. Burnes:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Douglas County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to Quiet Title as to the property secured by said deed of trust dated December 18, 2008, and which action affects the following described property to wit:

THAT PART OF THE SE1/4 SE1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE SE CORNER OF SAID SE1/4 SE1/4 AND RUN THENCE NORTH 317.75 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 130 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH AND TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SE1/4 SE1/4, AT A POINT 150 FEET WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN EAST 150 FEET AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.  ALL BEING IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI.

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THAT PART OF THE SE ¼ SE ¼ OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT 635/25 FEET NORTH OF THE SE CORNER OF SAID SE ¼ SE ¼, THENCE RUN WEST, ALONG THE MEANDERINGS OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 14, 157 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM SAID TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE EAST 40 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 317/50 FEET AND TO THE NORTH LINE OF ABOVE DESCRIBED TRACT, THENCE RUN WEST 40 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 317.50 FEET AND TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID EASEMENT.

SUBJECT TO RESERVATION FOR THE RIGHT TO USE SAID EASEMENT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE BY BRANDON SHANE PRUIETT AND KARA L. PRUIETT, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS RESERVED IN GENERAL WARRANTY DEED DATED JANUARY 30, 2007 AND RECORDED JANUARY 31, 2007 IN BOOK 460 AT PAGES 70-71 AS FILED IN THE DOUGLAS COUNTY RECORDER OF DEEDS OFFICE.

The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the Plaintiff is Jennifer M. Denny or Aaron M. Schuckman, Millsap & Singer, LLC, 612 Spirit Dr., St. Louis, MO 63005, (636) 537-0110.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after the 26th day of April, 2012 judgment by default will be rendered against you.
