Our menu for this week includes: Monday, March 12—Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, biscuit, pudding. Tuesday, March 13—Chili, ½ peanut butter sandwich, carrots, cobbler. Wednesday, March 14—BBQ chicken, potato salad, baked beans, fruit. Thursday, March 15—Cashew chicken, steamed rice, egg roll, Oriental vegetables, cookie. Friday, March 16—Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll, lime poke-n-pour cake. If you are 60 and older, we ask a donation of $3.50 for each meal. Anyone 59 and under must pay $6.00.
The activities at the center include: OATS bus to Ava on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, OATS bus to adjoining county on Tuesday, pinochle tournament on Wednesday, and driver’s exam in the basement on Thursday.
